Review - Tanjou Debut

Prologue
If you find this review to be too small and vague, you are mistaken. It’s just that Tanjou Debut has nothing to write about.
Animation - Sound - Enjoyment: 4
If mediocrity could be portrayed, this is what they could use in the dictionary.
In terms of artwork, there is nothing weird or out of the ordinary; it’s slice-of-life in its simplest form.
In terms of quality, it is crude; too little attention was given to the faces.
In terms of music, there is nothing going on to allow the voice actors to prove their worth and the music themes are the boring kind that you use in mediocre hentai; they are present only for filling the dead time.
In terms of enjoyment, it was dull. There was nothing to look at or crave for. Okay, the bath scenes were nice, that action movie clip was funky but you can get the same and much more in a zillion other series.
Story – Characters – Value: 2
Nothing… Seriously; nothing to see here. It’s two episodes of storyless slice-of-life, were some girls live their teenage life… Without the sex part. It would be bearable if it had sex. They talk, they bathe, they go to the mall, they watch a movie, they cry a bit and then “the end†appears.
So, no character development takes place, no scenario exists and no excuse can make you watch this more than once.
Verdict
The accused is found … GUILTY! … For making us fall asleep during their debut..
