Animation & Sound: 5
Graphics and sound are quite old and crummy, without much detail or variety. Character figures and backgrounds are very simple, with erratic movements, almost no lighting effects and choppy animation. Voice acting is ok, but the too much silliness of the music themes, the simple plot and the stale story don’t make it memorable.

Story & Characters: 5
It’s a silly comedy about the adventures of a little ninja boy as he goes to ninja school. Every episode features a mission or a test of his class, as they prove themselves to be worthy of being called ninjas.

The story is quite simple but does have story continuity. The kids do grow up and pass through ninja classes. But the general plot is pretty much predictable, filled with mostly slapstick jokes and some subtle erotic comedy. But there is nothing really extreme as the target audience is quite young. And the characters are simply funny; they don’t have original or in-depth personalities.

Value & Enjoyment: 3
Nah! It’s nothing if you’ve seen the titles in my Suggestion List. If it had more extreme jokes and the protagonists were older, it would be more interesting.

Verdict
I regret to inform you that the patient has left us. But worry not, as his ideals keep living inside his descendants.
